Commercialization at UHN is pleased to offer an express Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA)/Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for parties wishing to exchange confidential information with UHN to evaluate potential research collaborations or IP licensing and commercialization opportunities. This is a non-negotiable agreement intended to streamline the CDA/NDA execution process. Please be advised that any modifications requested beyond the standard terms may result in extended lead times compared to the current express track.
A UHN representative will review all submitted requests to ensure the fields are completed correctly.
If approved, a completed express license agreement will be sent via email for signature to the signatory designated above.
