Clinical Tools

Advancing Research and Patient Care Through Evidence-Based Measurement

University Health Network (UHN) researchers have developed a range of validated clinical assessment tools, patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs), questionnaires, scoring systems, and decision-support instruments that help clinicians, researchers, and healthcare organizations measure outcomes, evaluate interventions, and improve patient care.

Many of these tools are protected by copyright and may require permission or a licence for certain uses, including industry-sponsored research, commercial applications, software integration, or redistribution.

Researchers interested in developing, protecting, or disseminating a new assessment tool are encouraged to contact the UHN Commercialization Office early in the development process.
