Commercialization at UHN is pleased to offer express licenses for certain UHN-developed technologies. These are non-exclusive, non-negotiable agreements that allow quick access to widely used tools. Please be advised that any modifications requested beyond the standard terms may result in extended lead times compared to the current express track.
A UHN representative will review all submitted requests to ensure the fields are completed correctly. If approved, a completed express license agreement will be sent via email for signature to the signatory designated above.
